We sharpen Hobs and Shaper Cutters. Our staff have over 20 years of experience in sharpening
and we pride ourselves on the quality of our work. RPI will work with you to solve any
unusual problems and provide quick turnaround on your order. All of our sharpening is done on
machinery designed specifically for Hob and Shaper Cutter Sharpening. These machines are
equiped with coolant so there is no stress introduced into the cutters when they are
sharpened. We can sharpen to Class AA tolerances and can handle your coating and
